  • Do I need stable wifi at the venue?

    Yes, a stable WiFi or wired internet connection is required for seamless streaming. If the venue lacks a reliable connection, we can attempt to stream using our mobile hotspot, given adequate cellular coverage.

  • What happens if the stream drops?

    If the connection is interrupted, we will do our best to re-establish it. If issues persist, we’ll record the event and rebroadcast it within 72 Hours

  • Where can guests go to watch the stream?

    Guests can view the livestream on our dedicated page: www.UnityREEL.info/live. This ensures easy access for everyone, no matter where they are.

  • Is the livestream guaranteed?

    While we strive to provide a flawless experience, livestreaming is subject to internet and technical limitations. If issues arise, we’ll focus on recording and delivering a high-quality playback.
