Is WiFi Required?
Yes, a stable wired or WiFi connection at the venue is crucial for uninterrupted livestreaming. If the venue lacks a reliable connection, we will attempt to stream using our hotspot, provided there is sufficient mobile coverage (see mobile coverage map).
Where Can Our Guests Tune In?
Your guests can easily watch the livestream by visiting www.UnityREEL.info/live during the event. The page will also serve as an archive for later viewing if needed.
What Happens If the Connection Drops?
In the event of a connection issue, we will do our best to re-establish the livestream. Rest assured, we will still record the event and provide a re-broadcast within 24-48 hours if a stable connection cannot be maintained.
Is Livestream Guaranteed?
No, livestreaming cannot be fully guaranteed due to potential connection or technical issues. However, if we are unable to stream live, the recorded event will still be delivered and shared promptly for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
