Bridal Portraits at The Taylor Mansion Estate: Erika
We had the absolute honor of capturing these stunning bridal portraits for our dear friend and sister in the faith Erika nearly a full two years after her wedding date. The day of Erika’s wedding it was cold and rainy and the venue was very dark so we were limited on what we were able to capture for just her solo bride photos. With their two year anniversary coming up we reached out to Erika to ask if we could work with her to capture photos of just her in her bridal look because she looked absolutely stunning and we wanted to do justice to her. She was delighted for the opportunity to work with us again and we were to be working with her again as well!
We chose the Taylor Mansion Estate in Taylor Texas because of it’s charming pink bridal suite, soft golden exterior and overall just beautiful vintage appeal. We met the owners Lindsey and Robert and almost immediately fell in love with them as people. They are some of the hardest workers we have ever met and we have such a tremendous amount of respect for what they do day in and day out. They have completely transformed this venue since they took over ownership in December of 2021! We felt this was perfect place to work one on one with Erika for her Bridal Portraits. We know they newly opened their doors for bookings so it was a great opportunity to get some stunning shots for Erika and for their venue! Erika just so happens to be one of our favorite makeup Artists to work with because she does gorgeous work and pays such close attention to detail with each and every bride. Her company is Natural Glam Esthetics and she specializes in all things beauty from facials to full bridal makeup. She actually did her own make up for this session and she had her good friend Maritza Solarzano do her hair. All around she looks absolutely incredible from top to bottom and it was truly a blessing to bring all of these details together.
