Family Portraits at Brushy Creek Lake Park :

I (Misty) am Texas born and raised I have always had a heart for the bluebonnet. Spring is my favorite time of year in this beautiful state because all of the roads, fields and highways are quickly inundated in seas of blue, purple and white. While we are heading in to fall and the cold time of year we are reflecting on how nice the weather is when the bluebonnets begin to make their annual debut.

Our favorite time for family photos would naturally be in the height of this season of bloom for the treasured bluebonnets (typically the end of February through early April). One of the best places in Austin to photograph in these flowers is Brushy Creek Lake Park in Cedar Park Tx which is where we did these fun photos for these adorable little ones!

We brought three adorable families (that all know each other) together for a fun filled evening at the park in these beloved flowers.
